The Order, also known as The Order of The Tenth Blade in the books, is an organization whose most prominent goal is to extinguish the Mai race. The organization consists of several rouges, trained in various types of combat skills.
Sometime in mid-July of 1997, they carried out a huge slaughter in Ukraine, where most of the Ukranian Pride, except for Chloe, died in the attack. A year later, they carried out another slaughter in Russia, killing Alek's parents. Despite not knowing what the Uniter looked like, they knew that Chloe was Mai even before the San Francisco Mai.
